KSI PROFESSIONAL WARRANTY

Loudspeaker Products

KSI Professional, LLC warrants all loudspeaker products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from date of original purchase. KSI Professional, LLC will repair or replace at our option any product found to have a defect in material and/or workmanship for the two (2) year period. This warranty does not cover finish and appearance items, dirt and soil, accidents, burned voice coils and crossovers, malfunction caused by neglect, misuse or improper operation, or repair by anyone other than KSI Professional, LLC. The purchaser, not KSI Professional, LLC, is responsible for the proper installation, operation and maintenance of the product. KSI Professional, LLC’s liability will be no greater than the repair or replacement cost of the product, whichever is less. KSI Professional, LLC accepts returns for loudspeaker products on warranty merchandise only. All products must be properly packaged and shipped per KSI instructions and must include a valid return authorization number, otherwise the shipment will be refused. All returned loudspeakers will be inspected once received by KSI.

Furniture Products

KSI Professional, LLC warrants all furniture products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from date of original purchase. KSI Professional, LLC will repair or replace at our option any product found to have a defect in material and/or workmanship for the ten (10) year period. This warranty does not cover finish and appearance items, dirt and soil, accidents, neglect, misuse or improper operation, or repair by anyone other than KSI Professional, LLC. Electrical components, fans, motors, and/or power strips are warranted for a period of two (2) years. The purchaser, not KSI Professional, LLC, is responsible for the proper installation, operation and maintenance of the product. KSI Professional, LLC’s liability will be no greater than the repair or replacement cost of the product, whichever is less.

 

KSI Professional, LLC takes pride in the products we manufacture and sell; and thoroughly inspects all products prior to shipment. However, there are times when damage occurs which is beyond our control. Therefore, we ask that you, our valued customer, inspect all merchandise for any damage that may have occurred in shipment, prior to signing the bill of lading. Damage and/or shortage must be noted upon receipt and be countersigned by the delivering carrier’s agent. Before any part of the shipment has been changed from its original condition or installed, the customer must inform KSI Professional, LLC if the material is found to be defective or short in any respect. Freight claims must be reported within twentyfour (24) business hours, otherwise no claim will be allowed by either the freight carrier or KSI Professional, LLC.
